    You can find our tickets on Billetto!

  2. Can I refund or exchange my ticket?
    We do not refund purchased tickets. This applies to all our events except for Barnens Ocean.

  3. How do I get information about upcoming events?
    You can see our upcoming events in our calendar or on social media such as Facebook and Instagram.

  4. Is there a bag ban at your venue?
    No, currently there is no bag ban at our venue.

    You are welcome to send relevant information and a link to your demo to booking@oceanen.com.

  2. Is it possible to rent your facilities for private events?
    No, we do not rent out the venue. For booking dance studios; please contact info@worlddancecompany.se.

    We have an unattended cloakroom on site. We take no responsibility for lost items or jackets.

  4. What should I do if I lose something during an event?
    You are welcome to visit the pub or email restaurang@oceanen.com.

  6. Are dogs welcome at Oceanen?
    Dogs are welcome in the restaurant but unfortunately not in the stage area.

  7. Do you accept cash?
    We do not handle cash.

  8. How do I get to Oceanen?
    It’s very easy to get here by entering the stop “Stigbergstorget” in Västtrafik’s travel planner. To enter the restaurant, go up the stairs to the outdoor seating area and then to the right. To get to the stage, continue into the area and turn right at the sign that says “SCENEN” on the wall.

  9. Do you have an age limit?
    We have a 20-year age limit!

  10. What time do the bands/artists start playing?
    Our set times vary – it’s best to look up the event on our website or Facebook.
