Diane Emerita + Elin Ottilia

Diane Emerita

Diane Emerita has the captivating ability to capture honesty with her deep and emotionally charged voice. Yet it is her complementary imaginative piano playing that creates the foundation for her adventurous and raw sound.

After performing the single "Fairytale Metro", SVT Babel's Jessica Gedin described Diane's music as "tranquil piano loops [that] coexist with peculiar lyrics and dreamy voice in a genre that should have its own name".

In 2023, Diane played at Malmö Sommarscen, Way Out West, Debaser Pontonen, Grå Gåsen on Gotland (to name a few) and was a support act for artists such as Sara Parkman and Moonica Mac.

In spring 2024, Diane Emerita will release her upcoming EP "Travelling Forever", a journey she needed to take to find the depth of her voice. The EP is a collaboration with former Grammy-nominated producer Hampus Norén where the first single "Homegoing" was praised by Per Sinding Larsen.

Elin Ottilia

Elin Ottilia's sound is indie pop/rock at its best, with roots in Malmö and Gothenburg. The debut single "mind/head" was released in January 2023 and Hymn described Elin Ottilia as "Malmö's own Phoebe Bridgers", writing that the song "struck every sad girl nerve in the editorial team". The debut EP will be released in May and features a collection of songs about growing up and trying to become an adult.

When visiting us with mobility aids the best-suited entrance is through the stage. This entrance is accessed via Gathenhielmska trädgården. The entrance is locked, please email us the day before your visit or the latest Friday at 16:00 if you are visiting us during the weekend. We have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. Please note that flashing lights may occur during concerts and events. For questions regarding accessibility email Mia Herman at mia@oceanen.com.
