HELH + Melina Sabet + Malou Hultman (konst)

HELH

HELH is a Gothenburg-based artist that combines electronic pop and self-examining lyrics with playfulness and seriousness. The debut album "Really Young Adult" was released in November 2022 and was praised by PSL, DN and Gaffa, among others. The songs adress the growing up age- years by exploring the search for identity, context, freedom, love and work.

Melina Sabet

Melina Sabet is an artist and songwriter from Gothenburg with RnB-sounding songs that are often about love and identity. With her dark humor, she has found her own way of telling her stories, along with a sound backed by a unique melodic language and dreamy soul.

Her upcoming EP, which includes the singles "Broken hearted bitches club" and "Petty Girl under the belt", is her first release and is expected to come out in the spring.

Malou Hultman (konst)

Malou Hultman is a ceramist and artist based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and studies bachelor's degree in ceramic art at HDK-Valand. Hultman has had exhibitions at VIDA konsthall, and her sculptures are available at TINT by Thomassen and Göteborgs Konsthall. Her creating process is a continuous exploration of different methods and materials, with ceramics often taking center stage. Hultman is inspired by the indefinable, and examines the encounter between the earth and what lies beyond the limits of our understanding.

The sculptures exist in a space between these two worlds, where there are both forms we recognize and those that make us wonder.

Accessibility

The Cultural Center Oceanen is a Q-marked culturally historical building, which is challenging when it comes to accessibility. We do our best to have as many people as possible visit us. When visiting us with mobility aids the best-suited entrance is through the stage. This entrance is accessed via Gathenhielmska trädgården. The entrance is locked, please email us the day before your visit or the latest Friday at 16:00 if you are visiting us during the weekend. We have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. Please note that flashing lights may occur during concerts and events. For questions regarding accessibility email Mia Herman at mia@oceanen.com.
