Fieh is back, and is getting ready to release the followup to their debut album Cold Water Burning Skin, which was nominated for a Norwegian Grammy (Spellemann). As a scaled down version of D'Angelos the Vanguard, Fieh's debut was described as "future soul" and "left field R&B" by leading media such as Clash Magazine and God Is in the TV. Expanding its sonic range, Fieh continues their musical journey on “In the Sun in the Rain.”

The full length album, “In the Sun in the Rain” was produced by Lars Horntveth of Jaga Jazzist fame. With an ever-growing producers resume (Susanne Sundfør, The Staves, Kimbra) and having contributed also as a multi-instrumentalist he has definitely left his eclectic mark on the album. Mixed by legendary Russell Elevado, also called "The Analog Ninja” is known for his work with D’Angelo, Angélique Kidjo and The Roots, just to name a few. Elevado´s experience translated into further defining the sonic character of the recordings, highlighting the richness of the arrangements.

Fieh debuted with the single "Glu" in 2017, which quickly drew international attention around the group. Extensive touring put them in front of audiences in Norway and throughout Europe including several well known festivals, such as Love Supreme and North Sea Jazz. Fieh was particularly honoured to be invited to headline the main stage at Øya in Oslo, Norway.

Fieh is a group of friends who have honed their skills and musical vision from countless hours of playing together and talking about music. Over the years, this time together has developed them into an ensemble where each one brings their own talents and tastes to the table combing them effortlessly into a powerful live act, known for their upbeat and sunny live performances.

Sebastians musik karaktäriseras mer som emotionella utlopp än regelrätta låtar. Sedan första svenska släppet våren 2020 har hans sound utvecklat sig fram och tillbaka mellan allt från deep house till gospel, inramat av en hårt processerad sång som alltid tycker det är viktigare att få det som behöver sägas sagt än att förhålla sig till någon form av struktur eller form.

Björnfot har sedan 2018 släppt fyra album och en bunt EP:n. Femte albumet ”När du kommer hem” som släpps 4 November markerar ett slut på den längsta väntan mellan släpp hittills. Det nya materialet är mer direkt, mer personligt och oändligt mer högljutt än innan. Stundtals blir en omfamnad i den tidigare kända mattan av hypnotiskt repetitiva synth-partier, för att sedan den andra sekunden bli inslängd i en virvelvind av atonalt oljud. Helheten är brådskande och livfull på ett sätt lyssnaren inte fått uppleva tidigare. 

”När du kommer hem” släpps 4 November. Första singeln ”Söndag, Plåster” kommer 21 Oktober.
