Zacke
The three-time Grammis-nominated artist Zacke returns with his fifth album Noir — a raw yet compelling concept record about promises, betrayal, hope, and the power of community in “the new Norrland.”
With tracks like “Bottenviken,” “Håll i er,” “Blivit av,” and “Himlavalvet,” he guides the listener through the factories, rivers, and town squares, introducing us to the people living with the consequences of politicians’ and investors’ inflated enthusiasm. All of it is translated into music that breathes both revolution and pop.
Zacke made his debut in 2010 with Visst är det vackert, followed by Renhjärtat in 2013, but it was the critically acclaimed — and double Grammis-nominated — 2016 album Fattigkussen that marked his true breakthrough. Since then, he has established himself as one of the most singular voices in Swedish hip-hop, known for his sharp social commentary, musical originality, and commanding stage presence.
In 2021, Zacke released his fourth album, Pengar. Frihet. Zakaria Jamal., earning his third Grammis nomination while also receiving SKAP’s award for Lyricist of the Year. The jury wrote:
“Zacke elevates hip-hop’s central questions of class and identity from a Norrbotten perspective. With rare artistry and impeccable lyrical instinct, he is one of Swedish rap’s most unique talents — a cultural torchbearer who has placed Luleå on the hip-hop map.”
Zacke’s new album Noir — a project four years in the making — features guest appearances from Mwuana, Annika Norlin, Erik Lundin and Alma Augusta.
Now, for the first time, the stories from Noir will be brought to life on stage, alongside other highlights from a 15-year career.

The Cultural Center Oceanen is a Q-marked culturally historical building, which is challenging when it comes to accessibility. We do our best to have as many people as possible visit us. When visiting us with mobility aids the best-suited entrance is through the stage. This entrance is accessed via Gathenhielmska trädgården. The entrance is locked, please email us the day before your visit or the latest Friday at 16:00 if you are visiting us during the weekend. We have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. Personal assistants do not need to purchase their own ticket, but we ask you to contact us in advance so we can issue a ticket for the person.
Please note that flashing lights may occur during concerts and events. For questions regarding accessibility email Mia Herman at mia@oceanen.com.
